Expert E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (ON-SITE - CEBU)

Summary
We’re a growing Virtual Assistant agency gearing up for increased client demand. To keep onboarding and fulfillment seamless, we’re building a small roster of expert, in-office VAs who can deliver high-quality work under pressure.

We focus heavily on E-Commerce (Shopify, Amazon, and related tools). This role is ideal for specialists who love executing day-to-day operations, documenting workflows, and helping teams run smoothly.



What You’ll Do

Own daily operations in your specialty (E-Commerce or Home Services), ensuring tasks are executed accurately and on time.

PPC: Launch/optimize campaigns, manage budgets/ROAS, and report on performance.

Listings/SEO: Create/optimize product pages (titles, bullets, images, A+), keyword research, and on-store SEO hygiene.

CX/Returns: Handle tickets, returns/exchanges, warranty workflows, and policy/SLA enforcement.

Inventory/3PL: Replenishment planning, PO creation, 3PL coordination, and shipment/receiving reconciliation.

Create clear SOPs, screen recordings, and checklists to make processes repeatable.

Recommend best-practice workflows and tool stacks to streamline operations.

Support onboarding by showing teammates how to follow your SOPs and hit performance targets.

(Nice-to-have: A+ Content, image/asset management, basic CRO tools)


Requirements

Proven, hands-on expertise in E-Commerce or Home Services operations (or both)

Experience in one or more E-Commerce tracks: PPC, Listings/SEO, CX/Returns, Inventory/3PL

Experience documenting workflows for team use (SOPs, Looms, templates)

Ability to work on-site full-time and perform under tight deadlines

Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (9am–5pm EST)
