Shopify Virtual Assistant (VA)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our e-commerce team.
This role is focused on managing Shopify product uploads and funnels, so previous experience with Shopify is a must.

About Us:
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand scaling multiple products in the footwear and accessories niche. You’ll be working closely with our team (product manager, copywriter, designer) and will play a key role in getting products ready to launch.

???? Responsibilities:
- Upload new products to Shopify (titles, descriptions, images, size charts, pricing, variants, collections, SKUs)
- Maintain and update product details (adjust pricing, variants, SKUs when needed)
- Create and manage funnels / product pages (using templates and guidance provided)
- Ensure product pages are mobile-friendly, well-structured, and accurate
- Coordinate with our team (via ClickUp) and follow task workflows
- Perform quality checks before products go live

? Requirements:
- Proven experience with Shopify (please provide examples of stores you’ve worked on)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ClickUp (or similar task management tools) is a plus
- Good English communication skills

Compensation:
$4/hour (long-term role, part-time to start, with potential for growth)
