Customer Representative

Schedule:
- Full-time, 5–6 days per week (Sunday included)
- Late-night shifts until 2–3 a.m. PHT (to support North America & Brazil markets)

Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via chat and email on Shopify and TikTok platforms
-Provide accurate, timely, and friendly support
-Use Google Translate for Spanish and Portuguese markets when needed
-Escalate issues to the team when required

Requirements:
-Strong written English communication skills
-Ability to work late-night hours consistently
-Customer service experience preferred but not required
