We are a U.S.-based pavement maintenance company providing sealcoating, crack repair, striping, pothole repair, and full pavement assessments for commercial properties. Our mission is to help property owners protect their investment, reduce liability, and extend the life of their pavement.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a full-time, motivated Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to connect with U.S. businesses, commercial property managers, and decision makers. Your job is to introduce our services, qualify leads, and schedule pavement assessment appointments for our estimator. You’ll also assist with follow-up calls, answering inbound calls, and supporting the sales process with estimates and basic assessment documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to commercial property managers, business owners, and key decision makers.
• Use proven scripts to get past gatekeepers and connect with the decision maker.
• Introduce our company’s services and offer free pavement assessments.
• Schedule and confirm appointments in our CRM/Google Sheets.
• Answer inbound calls professionally, capture lead details, and route inquiries as needed.
• Assist in preparing and filling out basic estimates and pavement assessment forms (training provided).
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead notes, and appointment records.
• Provide feedback on objections, lead quality, and script improvements.
• Support ongoing outreach campaigns (phone, email follow-up, reminders).

Requirements
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or Americanized accent.
• Previous B2B cold calling / appointment setting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle gatekeepers and navigate calls to the right decision maker.
• Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or call tracking software.
• Professional, confident, and persuasive communication style.
• Dependable internet connection, noise-cancelling headset, and quiet workspace.
• Willingness to learn basics of pavement services (we will train).
