Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Virtual Operations Manager with strong expertise in Go HighLevel (GHL). This role involves managing operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless integration between client accounts, internal workflows, and the agency’s white-labeled platform. The right candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, scalable system architecture, and team coordination across projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

GHL Systems & Optimization: Oversee the technical implementation, optimization, and management of Go HighLevel across client accounts, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient workflows.

Operations Management: Build, refine, and scale internal processes, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and performance.

Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects from planning to execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor remote tea ---------- mbers, delegate tasks effectively, and promote collaboration in multiple departments.

SEO & AI Knowledge: Having knowledge of SEO strategies and familiarity with AI-driven solutions such as automation, data analysis, reporting, and optimization

Platform Monitoring: Monitor account performance, system health, and integrations; troubleshoot technical issues and ensure service continuity.

Process Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and workflow guides for all GHL operations to ensure consistency and support team training.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of Go HighLevel (GHL) experience in an agency or similar environment managing multiple clients

Proven background in Operations Management and Project Management, with certification or equivalent hands-on experience working with technical teams

Strong leadership and people management skills, especially with remote or distributed teams

Systems integration experience with CRMs, marketing automation, APIs, and third-party applications

Knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and reporting, along with an understanding of AI tools for automation, data analysis, and optimization

Plus Qualifications:

Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or similar)

GHL Agency Pro certification or advanced Go HighLevel training

Hands-on experience with API management, webhook setups, and complex system integrations

Background in SaaS operations or technical account management

Understanding of data privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA in client data handling
