We are a YouTube media company operating multiple channels focused on long form stories created with the help of AI, and we are looking for a full-time tea ---------- mber to help us create and upload new videos. Requirements:
Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication. Clear and consistent communication is a must.
Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT and CapCut.

Hours:
Full-time, 7 days per week (flexible hours).
You may work at any time of day as long as deadlines are met and communication is consistent.
Time off is always possible with advance notice, as long as schedules and deliverables are managed.

Pay:
Base Salary: $200/month

Performance-Based Growth: Salary increases of $50–$100/month as you improve and increase your daily AI video output.

Earnings Goal: $400+/month once you can consistently produce high-quality AI videos per day.

Monthly Bonus: $50-$100 bonus awarded for exceptional performance.

We are a fast-growing team still in the early stages, so this structure is designed to reward speed, quality, and consistency while we scale.
