Podcast Video Editor Needed – Ongoing Work

We run a growing podcast and are looking for a reliable video editor to join us on an ongoing basis. Our focus is on quality, consistency, and creating engaging content that can be repurposed for YouTube and social media.

What we need:

Edit 1 long-form podcast episode per week (typically 45–60 minutes).

Clean up audio/video (remove background noise, cut filler, balance levels).

Add simple titles, graphics, and smooth transitions where needed.

Export the full episode for YouTube.

Create 3–5 short clips (30–90 seconds) from each episode, optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.

Deliver files in a timely and organized manner.

What we’re looking for:

Experience editing podcasts or YouTube-style content.

Comfortable working with Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar tools).

Ability to follow our style and brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas.

Good communication and reliability.

Someone who can grow with us as the podcast scales.

Budget:

$300/month fixed retainer

This covers weekly full edits + social media clips

Roughly 15–20 hours per month
