???? Your Role

Enter client financial data into tax/accounting software

Organize receipts, W-2s, 1099s, and other client documents

Prepare due diligence checklists/notes (manager will finalize & file returns)

Assist with marketing tasks: social media posting, email campaigns, client research

Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times

? What We’re Looking For

Experience as a VA (bonus if in accounting, bookkeeping, or tax support)

Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (bonus if familiar with accounting/tax software)

Reliable internet and ability to overlap with U.S. working hourst from the Philippines to join our remote team. This is a long-term position with growth opportunities.
