I’m looking for a reliable freelancer to take over the day-to-day content scheduling across 10 small-to-medium businesses. Everything is already set up in Rella (our scheduling tool), so you’ll be able to step straight in and keep things running smoothly.
What you’ll do
Create 2 posts per week per business (Instagram + LinkedIn) — total 20 posts per week.
Design all graphics in Canva, following the look and style of previous posts (samples and brand guidelines provided).
Write engaging, on-brand captions and hashtags (tone varies by business).
Schedule all content in Rella, double-checking tags, hashtags, and times.
What you won’t do
No video editing or Reels.
No community management — no DM monitoring, no replying to comments.
No complex graphic design — just clean, consistent Canva visuals that match past posts.
Must-haves
Proven experience using Rella (non-negotiable).
Confidence with Canva and ability to replicate existing styles.
Strong English copywriting skills.
Ability to work independently and hit deadlines across multiple brands.
