Automation Specialist / No-Code Builder (n8n, AI, APIs)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize advanced automations with n8n and other no-code platforms.
You’ll be working at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and business transformation — building workflows that save businesses hundreds of hours, cut costs, and unlock new growth opportunities.
This is a role for a builder who thrives on solving complex problems, integrating multiple systems, and delivering bulletproof automations that scale.


Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and maintain advanced workflows in N8N (required).
- Integrate APIs, databases, CRMs, and AI platforms (chat + voice agents).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for maximum reliability.
- Document workflows (step-by-step guides, Loom videos, JSON exports).
- Collaborate with the manager and clients to translate business needs into automations.
- Continuously improve and expand systems as new AI/automation tools launch.


Qualifications:
- Direct, hands-on experience with N8N (applications without N8N experience will not be considered).
- Proven portfolio of 20+ production workflows that delivered business impact.
- Strong skills in APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with no-code platforms like Notion, Make, GoHighLevel.
- Bonus: JavaScript or Python for custom functions.
