Job Description:
About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Sales Support Executive. This role combines customer service responsibilities, sales calling, and administrative support, requiring strong communication skills and advanced Excel proficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and able to balance client-facing interactions with back-end operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service (Online & Phone):

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Resolve complaints and provide accurate information regarding products/services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Sales Calling:

Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients for lead generation, follow-ups, and upselling opportunities.

Support sales team with appointment scheduling, product information, and proposal coordination.

Maintain call records, track leads, and update CRM systems regularly.

Administrative Support:

Prepare and manage reports, documentation, and records.

Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination across departments.

Handle order processing, invoicing, and follow-up with vendors/clients as needed.

Advanced Excel & Reporting:

Create and manage complex spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports.

Perform data analysis to support decision-making and sales performance tracking.

Use functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization for efficient reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or admin roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).

Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, macros).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with CRM tools and business communication platforms is a plus.
