Role Overview:
The PPC Specialist will manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search, shopping, and social platforms with a clear focus on eCommerce performance (ROAS, CPA, conversion growth). You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and reporting, ensuring we maximise returns on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms.
- Manage eCommerce-specific campaigns including: Google Shopping Ads; Performance Max campaigns; Dynamic product remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
- Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and offers to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Ensure conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Merchant Center feeds) is correctly implemented.
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimise towards ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets.
- Produce performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to align paid and organic growth.

Requirements (Must-Have):
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management.
- Proven track record with eCommerce campaigns (Shopping Ads, remarketing, Performance Max).
- Deep understanding of GA4, GTM, attribution models, and data-driven optimisation.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales/revenue growth through PPC.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills.
- Excellent ad copywriting and creative testing skills.
