About Us

3Natives is a fast-growing health food franchise specializing in 100% organic acai bowls, smoothies, and fresh food. We just launched in Phoenix, AZ, and we’re looking for a dedicated VA to take ownership of our social media presence, brand storytelling, and digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, design, and schedule daily posts on Instagram and Facebook.

Create eye-catching graphics, reels, and stories (Canva/Photoshop).

Engage with followers (comments, DMs, community outreach).

Content Strategy Execution

Implement a 90-day content calendar (mix of product, promotions, lifestyle, and community content).

Repurpose content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile).

Manage and track influencer collaborations (coordinate posts + repost UGC).

Ad Management

Run Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (boost posts, retargeting).

Assist with Google Ads campaigns (if experienced).

Monitor ad performance and report on ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

Track weekly KPIs (follower growth, engagement, ad spend, conversions).

Suggest improvements based on data.

Requirements

Strong graphic design skills (Canva required, Adobe Suite a plus).

Proven experience managing Instagram & Facebook pages for businesses.

Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager; Google Ads experience is a big plus.

Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Organized and able to manage a posting schedule without micromanagement.

Bonus: Experience in the food & beverage or health/wellness niche.

Compensation & Benefits

$500–$800 USD/month depending on experience (20–30 hrs/week).

Flexible hours, but must overlap 2–3 hours daily with U.S. time zone (Arizona).
