We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development & Brand Partnerships VA to help us grow revenue across our digital content and product business. Your #1 responsibility is vetting and securing brand deals, sponsorships, partnerships, affiliate deals and assisting with increasing visibility for our YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. You'll also be assisting with product launches, rebranding and product ideas.
This is not a content posting or social media manager role. Your focus will be on outreach, negotiation, and building relationships that turn into revenue. This will start as a part-time position with the intention of being full-time once you're able to bring in results. You can also expect commission on business that you're able to secure.
What You’ll Do
- Research, identify, and pitch to potential brand sponsors, affiliates, and partners.
- Negotiate and secure brand deals, sponsorships, and affiliate partnerships.
- Manage applications for programs like TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer, affiliate networks, etc.
- Create and manage outreach pipelines for consistent deal flow.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
- Track results of campaigns and report performance.
- Collaborate with the founder to align partnerships with brand goals and audience needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing (must have examples or portfolio).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to create outreach strategies and execute them independently.
- Highly organized — able to manage pipelines and follow up consistently.
- Results-focused mindset — understands revenue is the key metric.
- Self-starter who can take initiative and bring new opportunities to the table.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience working with influencers or digital creators.
- Knowledge of affiliate platforms (ShareASale, Impact, Amazon Associates, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Familiarity with YouTube and TikTok analytics.
- Experience drafting outreach
