Location: Remote Philippines (U.S. hours, Arizona/PST)
Compensation: $2,150 USD/month top of market

About the Role:

Workspark is hiring an elite Paid Search Strategist for placement with a leading U.S. agency. This is not an entry-level job. We’re looking for a proven execution-focused expert who thrives on building, optimizing, and scaling high-budget paid search campaigns.

You’ll be the person who makes campaigns run, creating ads, managing budgets, improving ROI while working directly with a U.S. team in real time. This is a long-term, stable role with growth opportunities inside WorkSpark.

What You’ll Do:

- Build, launch, and optimize search campaigns (Google, Bing, YouTube)
- Manage budgets, pacing, bids, and keyword/negative keyword lists daily
- Deliver ROI better CPCs, higher quality scores, stronger ROAS
- Provide insights through data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with programmatic, social, and analytics teams
- Work U.S. hours (Arizona/PST) to stay in sync with client team

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years managing paid search campaigns (agency experience preferred)
- Google Ads Certification (must be current, include link with application)
- Proven history of managing large budgets ($10K+/month per account)
- Advanced tools knowledge (Google Ads Editor, SA360 a plus)
- Strong English communication is clear accent and confidence in client/tea ---------- etings
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for reporting and analysis
- Self-starter who works fast with precision
