My channel

I create interview content which focuses on giving wisdom and life advice to people. My content is focused on delivering wisdom in an entertaining way and I interview all sorts of different people to help share their message!

The Position - Short Form Video Editor

I will be sending you 10-20 minute raw files from my interviews, and your job will be to take those videos and create 1 min cohesive and engaging short form videos from them. The editing is very simple, but the key here is to create an engaging story.

Ideal candidate

- You have experience editing interview content for other influencers
- You love watching a 10 minute video and turning it into a short form cohesive and engaging story.
- You have a great ear for music. You can easily sense the energy and emotion a video is conveying, and add music that fits the vibe perfectly.
- You already watch personal growth content on your free time

Job requirements

- Proficient in using Premiere Pro
- Minimum 150 Mbps upload/download speed
- You must be able to edit 4k footage on your computer
- available for communication during EST Hours

Monthly Production

Currently I am posting about 15 short form videos a month across all platforms. Your job will be to take over the editing.

Compensation

- $35-$75 USD/ per short
- As my channel grows there are opportunities for pay increases, bonuses, and promotion
