Manager

We are looking for someone multifaceted to take upon responsibilities for our online streaming service.

The salary will potentially grow in accordance with company growth.

Duties: Customer Support, Account Management, IT

This job involves monitoring our WhatsApp support line, email, and managing accounts. You should be good with IT and be quick to learn.

Important note: Active working hours at the ---------- nt would add up to around 2 hours a day. However, our support line and account manage duties are available 12 hours a day so you should be on standby for at least 12 hours a day, so that customers/account management can be done within an hour at most during standby hours. This means a suitable candidate is on or near a computer for a good part of the day.
