We’re looking for a tech-savvy VA to help us find renters for rooms — not just work with lists, but actually discover qualified leads and improve results.

What You’ll Do:
Find and qualify new rental leads
Use CRMs, scraping tools, or creative research
Optimize content for social/search visibility
Track what’s working and improve it

You Should Have:
A degree in a computer-related field
Lead gen experience (bonus if in rentals)
Strong English and research skills
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.
