Twitter & Linkedin - Content Manager - Growth Hacker

Twitter + Linkedin Growth Manager (Content + Scheduling) - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE GROWTH HACKING or Setting up N8N Automations etc to expedite process.

I’m looking for a Twitter/Linkedin Growth Manager to help grow my personal brand account focused on business owners, entrepreneurs, and SEO tips/tricks.

What you’ll do:
• Manage and grow my Twitter/LinkedIn profile using tools like Tweet Hunter (I’ll provide access).
• Schedule 4 high-engagement tweets per day (mix of short tweets + threads) - 3-5 posts a week LinkedIn
• Research and repurpose content ideas from top-performing creators in the entrepreneur/SEO/business growth space.
• Write content in a direct, engaging, no-fluff style that drives conversation and attracts business-minded followers.
• Create threads that are packed with actionable insights, real examples, and hooks that keep people reading.
• Track growth metrics weekly and adjust content strategy based on performance.

Examples of Tweets I Like:

What I’m Looking For in You:
• Proven experience managing Twitter accounts (preferably in business/entrepreneurship niches).
• Ability to write with strong hooks, simple language, and engaging flow.
• Bonus: experience using Tweet Hunter, Hypefury, or similar scheduling/growth tools.
• Self-starter who can take content ideas and turn them into scroll-stopping tweets.

- Compensation: Negotiable monthly retainer
- Commitment: Part-time, 5-7 hours a week to manage scheduling + content.
