Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our Philippines-based office team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established company, offering a stable career, professional growth, and competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond quickly to
Communicate efficiently with supply partners, drivers, and subcontractors
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Maintain and update customer databases
Collaborate with the operations team for seamless freight coordination
Ensure compliance with company service standards and delivery guarantees
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in logistics, freight, or transport industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS-aligned databases
Must have own equipment (including a minimum of 2 monitors)
Immediate availability for full-time work
Flexible to work multiple shifts (6 days a week)
