Responsibilities:
-Create compelling ads to target prospects and turn them into clients.
-Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns across

Requirements:
-Fluent in English (spoken and written) with confidence speaking to U.S.-based prospects.
-Strong research, outreach, and communication skills.
-Experience with lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, or appointment setting.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a pipeline of leads.
-Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional communication skills.
Preferred (but not required):
-Experience in Medicare, health insurance, financial services, or senior services.
-Knowledge of CRM tools, ad platforms, or lead tracking software.
