We are a home services company looking to expand our team with motivated and reliable individuals. This is a remote (work from home) position handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Provide information about our services and assist with scheduling

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work independently and follow directions
