Instagram & TikTok Account Warmer (U.S. Traffic Specialist)

About the Role
We’re seeking a social media growth specialist who can warm up Instagram and TikTok accounts so content is pushed primarily to U.S. audiences. The right candidate may grow into a full-time uploader position managing content once accounts are fully prepped.

Responsibilities
• Warm up IG/TikTok accounts safely, building authentic engagement and targeting U.S.-based audiences.
• Shape algorithm signals (likes, follows, comments, interactions) without triggering flags or restrictions.
• Monitor account health, engagement trends, and report progress.
• Option to transition into long-term, full-time uploader/content manager after proving results.

Requirements
• Proven track record warming accounts for specific regions (U.S. strongly preferred).
• Understanding of platform algorithms, shadowban risks, and anti-spam best practices.
• Experience with VPNs, proxies, or safe automation tools a plus.
• Reliable, organized, and communicative.

Compensation & Details
• Remote / Flexible hours
• Pay: $3–$6 USD/hour (or $25–$50 per account/project) depending on experience and performance.
• Strong performers may move into a higher-paying, full-time uploader role.
