Role Overview
We’re looking for a Direct Response Video Editor who can turn raw UGC-style content into ads that stop the scroll and drive sales. This is not about flashy effects — it’s about performance-driven editing.
Each week you’ll work on 15–25 briefs, producing 30–40 short-form ad variations (10 sec – 1:30 min, non-VSL). You’ll collaborate with our Creative Strategist to test hooks, refine pacing, and adapt styles that connect with our audience.
Responsibilities
Edit short-form social ads for TikTok,
Create multiple variations of each brief for testing purposes
Apply direct response principles: hooks, storytelling, and pacing
Source b-roll or supplemental clips when needed
Iterate quickly based on feedback and results
Deliver consistent, reliable work week after week
What We’re Looking For
Experience editing ads for DTC brands or paid social campaigns
Understanding of how to build content that sells, not just looks polished
Ability to produce at volume without sacrificing quality
Reliable, detail-oriented, and open to collaboration
Looking for a long-term remote position with growth potential
Pay & Growth
Compensation is on a per-project basis
Editors typically earn $1,000–$2,000/month based on workload and quality
