We’re hiring a Paid Ads & Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our paid advertising and demand generation strategy across North America. This is our first senior marketing hire and a crucial role in driving qualified pipeline growth. Paid media is the core of this position—you’ll manage and optimize ad campaigns that directly fuel revenue. Over time, you’ll be the foundation for a marketing team that grows around you.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other high-impact platforms.
- Strategically allocate and scale budgets to maximize ROI.
- Design and execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness ? engagement ? conversion).
- Drive high-quality B2B lead generation, targeting decision-makers who convert to paying customers.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
- Support and expand into organic demand channels such as LinkedIn social selling.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing, adtech, and B2B SaaS/IT trends.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in paid advertising, performance marketing, or demand generation.
- Demonstrated success managing significant ad budgets targeting North America.
- Strong track record in B2B lead generation with measurable results.
- Familiarity with social selling and leveraging LinkedIn for pipeline growth.
- Deep understanding of the marketing funnel and how to move prospects through it.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics and tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
