Spiritual Tiik has developed and facilitated meditations, workshops, and training that focused on personal and professional development. Spiritual Tiik is a motivational speaker and transformative coach supporting understanding of energy, beliefs and the implications on the body. Spiritual Tiik provides Bespoke 1:1 and group transformational treatments, workshops, and classes. Spiritual Tiik is a micro-influencer empowering, motivating and inspiring individuals to live out their truth through her motivational content via social media, 1:1 and group work. Spiritual Tiik was recently crowned the Face of WOHA (Women of Heart Awards) International Leader for 2024 and on a mission to inspire and empower millions of people around the world.

RESPONSIBILITY:

What you’ll be doing:

- Email management & scheduling – keeping our inbox tidy and our communications sharp
- Appointment & event scheduling – managing 1:1 meetings and making sure all events are listed across free platforms
- Social media scheduling & analytics – tracking performance & analytics, scheduling and bringing fresh ideas to the team so that we grow in alignment
- Community & correspondence – Being the connective thread, tending to lead correspondence and communications for projects with kindness, clarity & consistency
- Website maintenance – monthly link checks to keep everything running smoothly
- Strategy support for new and developing projects – assisting with lead correspondence and project follow-ups

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Qualifications:

- Ideally post graduate degree, however some college or trade school acceptable
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
- Spiritual

Experience:

- Leading a team
- Working within a multi-diverse team
- Virtual Assistant Experience

Skills & Attributes:

- Ability to analyse marketing data, provide thorough feedback to the team and create action plans to continue aligned growth
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk when it comes to marketing material and social media scaling
- Excellent communication skills, meaning ability to communicate with audiences on multiple platforms
- Have a high level of personal integrity and resilience
- Leads by example and can role-model Spiritual Tiik’s core values and behaviours
- High degree of emotional intelligence
