**Role Description**
We are seeking a **Sea Freight Coordinator** to manage **import operations**, including quotations, bookings, documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery arrangements. The role requires daily communication with carriers, agents, truckers, and overseas offices, while ensuring compliance with international transport regulations.

**Key Requirements**

* Experience in NVOCC operations.
* Knowledge of sea carriers, schedules, and regulations.
* Familiarity with Odoo software.
* Ability to advise clients on terms and transport options.
* Handle controlled/dangerous goods and required permits.
* Work 6 hours daily, from **1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Philippine time)**.
* Experience in researching and identifying prospective customers based on specific criteria.
* Detail-oriented and organized.
* Reliable time management.
* Proficiency in computer and online tools.
* Understanding the importance of handling sensitive information securely and discreetly.
