Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel & n8n)

We are seeking an Automation Specialist who is highly knowledgeable in GoHighLevel (GHL) automations and n8n workflow integrations. These two platforms are the core of our operations, and the ideal candidate must be confident in building, optimizing, and troubleshooting advanced automations that connect multiple apps and systems. If you are strong in GHL and n8n, detail-oriented, and can deliver reliable solutions on time, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

- Build, maintain, and optimize GoHighLevel automations with n8n integrations (workflows, triggers, pipelines)
- Design, manage, and troubleshoot n8n workflows for app-to-app automation and API integration
- Manage hosting servers (DigitalOcean, GoDaddy, SiteGround) — setup, backups, scaling, troubleshooting
- Configure and manage domain DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, SSL)

Nice to Have Skills:

- Knowledge of APIs (REST, Webhooks, OAuth2, JWT)
- Familiarity with JavaScript, PHP, or Node.js basics
- Database experience (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Git and version control
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Work Schedule:

- Full-time / Freelance, Monday to Friday (8 hours/day)
- Must be responsive during working hours
- Willing to assist with urgent issues outside the schedule if needed
