Remote Operations & Client Manager – Epic Weddings

About Us

Epic Weddings is a UK-based luxury wedding cinematography and photography company, covering 300+ events annually. We specialise in South Asian multi-day weddings across the UK and internationally. We are looking for a remote operations & client manager to support client communication, scheduling, and workflow coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

Reply to client WhatsApp messages and emails in a professional, friendly tone.

Create and manage client WhatsApp groups (confirm names, timings, itineraries).

Follow up on contracts, invoices, and payments (templates provided).

Event & Workflow Management

Update event timelines and schedules (Smartsheet/Excel).

Assign photographers, videographers, and editors.

Track progress of edits, Dropbox uploads, and client deliveries.

Quality & Follow-Up

Check delivery steps against checklists (nothing missed: footage, drone, speeches, décor, etc.).

Share previews and updates with clients, ensuring smooth communication.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent English (written + spoken).

Experience with admin, client support, or project management.

Very organised and detail-oriented.

Tech-savvy (Excel/Smartsheet, Dropbox, WhatsApp, CRMs).

Proactive — not waiting for instructions, but anticipating needs.
