Customer Support & Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Long-Term, Work From Home)

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Support & Virtual Assistant to join our team. You don’t need to know our products yet — training is provided — but you do need to be smart, organized, and eager to learn.

This is a long-term role with stability, growth opportunities, and the chance to become the go-to person in an exciting industry.

What You’ll Do:

Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone (training provided).

Provide friendly, clear explanations about our wellness products.

Assist with scheduling (business, podcast interviews, and family calendars).

Book travel and coordinate appointments.

Help with light marketing support (customer follow-ups, testimonials, tracking projects).

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools.

Positive, friendly personality — you’ll be the first voice of our brand.

Full-time availability (40 hrs/week).

Nice-to-Have (not required):

Prior customer service or VA experience.

Experience with wellness, healthcare, or e-commerce.
