Reddit Manager

We are an international social media marketing agency hiring a Reddit Manager to lead and oversee a large team of 20+ Reddit Virtual Assistants (VAs).
This is a high-responsibility leadership role — you will manage people, systems, and reporting. You must be capable of operating independently, solving problems, and ensuring daily performance targets are met.

Responsibilities

- Hire, train, and manage a team of 20+ Reddit VAs.
- Monitor performance daily, motivate the team, and replace underperformers quickly.
- Provide one clean daily report (traffic generated, KPIs, issues).
- Ensure proper use of accounts, proxies, and tools.
- Handle crises (account bans, VA turnover, performance drops) quickly and effectively.
- Improve workflows and develop systems to increase results.

Requirements

- Proven remote team management experience (10+ people minimum).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Confident leadership presence — able to motivate and discipline VAs.
- Highly organized and KPI-driven, able to manage large-scale operations.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets, Telegram (training provided).
- Independent thinker who can solve problems without handholding.
