Your Mission
Keep our talent pipeline fresh, hot and flowing and our team engaged so our HR Manager can focus on final interviews. You’ll make every step of the candidate and employee journey smooth, friendly and memorable.

What You’ll Do
+++ Recruit & onboard – Write and post job ads, screen and schedule candidates, conduct first?round interviews, coordinate offers and new?hire paperwork, run orientation, and set up tools and accounts.
+++ Policies & handbooks – Refresh remote?work, data?privacy and other policies; update the handbook and field questions.
+++ Pay & benefits support – Double?check payroll entries with our payroll manager and assist with leave and benefits questions.
+++ Records & HRIS – Keep digital files up?to?date, manage the HR system and pull headcount or attendance reports when needed.
+++ Performance & relations – Help document performance?improvement plans and be a friendly ear for employee concerns.
+++ Engagement & culture – Plan fun team?building and recognition events, run quick surveys and share ideas to boost morale.
+++ Day?to?day admin – Own the recruiting calendar, schedule interviews and meetings, and keep our HR docs tidy.
+++ Develop & train (ad?hoc) – Spot skills gaps, organize workshops, and create simple guides for our e?commerce tools and customer?service processes.
+++ Other Adhoc Tasks - Know the ins and outs of different departments and their gaps by jumping in with what you can help.

What You Bring
+++ 1–2?years’ HR experience (must?have) and a knack for spotting great people! [Proven track record]
+++ Positive energy, great communication skills and attention to detail.
+++ Trustworthiness with confidential info and solid organization skills.
+++ Comfort with spreadsheets, documents and HR tools; bonus points for Notion, Canva and ChatGPT experience.
