Home Improvement Cold Caller (Experienced)

$3/hr + Commission

We are looking for an experienced **Cold Caller** to join our team and help us expand our home improvement business. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, following a proven sales script, and helping us generate leads for our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the home improvement industry.
Follow a structured script that has been successful in past cold-calling campaigns.
Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Handle objections and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.

**Requirements:**

* **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a cold caller in the home improvement industry.
Must be familiar with or have used a proven cold calling script in previous roles.
* **Audio recording of your cold-calling script** (preferred) or **a live call recording** must be included with your resume to be considered for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with potential clients.
- Strong ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a professional phone setup.

**Compensation:**

* **Base pay:** \$3/hour.
* **Commission:** Earn additional commission based on successful lead generation and sales conversion.
