Weekend Customer Service Assistant (10 hours/week, Remote)

We are looking for a Weekend Customer Service Assistant to help manage our e-commerce fashion stores. This role starts with 10 hours per week (weekends only), with the possibility of more hours in the future. Sometimes we may also need your support during weekdays, but this can be discussed together.

Responsibilities

You will answer customer inquiries via email and chat. You will check daily that everything is running smoothly in the stores. You will manage this per store, so that we can fully rely on you during weekends.

What We’re Looking For

You have strong written English skills and experience with customer service. You are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience with Shopify or e-commerce is a plus, but motivation and responsibility are most important.
