Part-Time Supply Chain & Order Manager (Remote, 10 hours/week) ????

We are a growing e-commerce fashion business looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Order Manager to support us in ensuring smooth operations and happy customers. This role is part-time, with a maximum of 10 hours per week, and offers long-term potential as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

You will check all orders where something goes wrong, such as returns, disputes, or incorrect deliveries. You will join our supplier group chats and communicate directly with suppliers to solve daily issues. You will help negotiate lower prices, arrange quality checks, and work on preventing recurring problems.

You will also manage the shipping process by checking ParcelPanel to ensure tracking codes are uploaded correctly. You will verify shipments and addresses, making sure customers actually receive their packages. You will focus on avoiding disputes, delays, and unnecessary refunds.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Experience with supply chain, order management, or e-commerce is a big plus. You should be proactive in solving problems, confident in communicating with suppliers, and motivated to ensure smooth deliveries for our customers.
