Responsibilities:
• Find and source high-performing video & photo creatives of our winning products
• Transform raw material into multiple engaging ad creatives from different angles and perspectives
• Apply your own creativity, expertise, and optionally AI tools to produce fresh, unique, and scroll-stopping content
• Deliver a high volume of quality creatives tailored for Facebook ads and other platforms

Requirements:
• Proven experience in creative design for ads (fashion, video, and photo)
• A strong portfolio with high-performing ad creatives (please provide examples)
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Strong sense of branding, aesthetics, and conversion-focused design
