Our leading E-commerce company specializing in custom jewelry products, catering primarily to the EU market is seeking a talented Creative Strategist to join our marketing team. As our Marketing Creative Strategist for the platform TikTok, you'll shape our brand's visual identity and marketing strategy. You'll lead the development of high-quality static image and video creatives for our custom jewelry products, collaborating closely with designers, editors, and translators to ensure consistency across markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Creative Planning and Brainstorming:
- Lead brainstorming sessions to conceptualize script ideas for video ads and develop visions for static image ads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer insights to inform creative strategies.
2. Script and Copy Development:
- Craft compelling scripts for video ads that effectively communicate our brand message and product benefits.
- Develop engaging copy for static image ads, ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone.
- Collaborate with translators to adapt copy into multiple languages for different markets.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to translate concepts into visually appealing creatives.
- Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure the final deliverables meet quality standards and marketing objectives.
4. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor the performance of creatives across various channels and markets, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Iterate creative concepts based on feedback and performance metrics, continuously striving for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creative strategy, preferably within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce space.
- Active on the Tiktok Platform and aware on all new TikTok Trends
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and across cultures.
- In-depth knowledge of DTC marketing trends and best practices, with a track record of developing highly engaging creatives.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to adapt copy for translation into multiple languages.
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
