Video Editor (short form)

About Us
We’re building a new creative studio focused on lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and trade brands. Right now, we’re in R&D, producing content for our own in-house brands while preparing to scale into client work.

We’re looking for a Video Editor who is obsessed with short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), understands trends, and wants to showcase their skills as part of a founding team.

The Role
• Edit raw footage into engaging Reels/TikToks.
• Add motion graphics, captions, music, and hooks.
• Work with our designer + copywriter to create full content packs.
• Stay current on editing trends to keep content fresh.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong portfolio of short-form edits.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects (DaVinci bonus).
• Fast turnaround (48–72hr).
• Strong sense of pacing + storytelling.
• Hungry to prove yourself and grow with us.

Compensation & Growth
• Salary: $1,600–2,300 AUD/month
• 13th month bonus
• Internet allowance ($50 AUD/month)
• Opportunity to move into a Lead Editor role as we expand.
