Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) who can help us build and manage AI agents on Vapi. Your main responsibility will be to set up, configure, and optimize both voice agents (for outbound/inbound calls) and text/chat agents to support sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Use Vapi to build and configure AI agents for:
Outbound calling (sales & lead qualification)
Inbound call handling (customer support & FAQ)
Text/chat agents (for customer inquiries & follow-ups)
Integrate AI agents with CRMs, lead management tools, and other platforms (training provided if needed).
Troubleshoot and refine AI agent workflows to improve performance.
Document processes and create SOPs for agent setup and usage.
Report progress, issues, and improvements to management.
