Real Estate Lead manager & Acquisitions

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and professionally to seller and buyer leads via phone, email, and CRM
- Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and nurture relationships
- Maintain clean, accurate records in REI Reply, CallTools, and other platforms
- Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-ups
- Post and monitor ads on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, and more
- Support with general admin and data entry tasks

Who You Are:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience in real estate or lead management a definite plus
- Comfortable using CRM software and managing databases
- Confident cold caller, skilled at overcoming objections
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Have reliable internet and a professional remote work setup

Bonus Points
- Previous outbound sales experience
- Social media marketing or basic graphic design knowledge
- Understanding of real estate investing
