Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

What You'll Be Up To:
- Cold outreach to potential leads with a warm, confident approach
- Keeping our CRM platforms ( REI Reply, CallTools) neat and up-to-date
- Setting appointments, confirming schedules, and sending reminders
- Managing ads on Craigslist, Facebook, Zillow, and other marketplaces
- Supporting with general administrative duties as needed

What You Bring to the Table:
- Clear and professional English communication skills
- Background in real estate, acquisitions a big plus
- Comfortable navigating CRMs and lead management software
- Persistent and able to handle objections with ease
- Self-driven and detail-oriented
- Strong internet connection and a quiet workspace
**Nice to have:**
- Sales or cold-calling experience
- Basic marketing or social media know-how
