Job Responsibilities
• Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective sellers, build meaningful relationships, and qualify leads for the next steps.
• CRM Management: Leverage tools such as REI Reply, Go HighLevel, CallTools, and ReadyMode to organize and track leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Data Entry & Organization: Ensure accurate and timely updates of all lead interactions and details within the CRM system.
• Lead Nurturing: Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Performance Monitoring: Track metrics, analyze lead conversions, and share feedback on system improvements.
Job Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing (real estate industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like REI Reply, Go HighLevel, or similar tools.
• Exceptional phone communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing high volumes of leads.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in real estate sales processes is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are encouraged to apply but it’s not required
