Your Role and Impact

As our SEO Growth Specialist, you will optimize and manage client campaigns to achieve stellar performance. You will execute strategies with precision, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure every account consistently improves in visibility and lead generation. You will collaborate with our account managers and other specialists to ensure performance aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to align strategies with client goals.

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.

• Perform on page SEO including heading tags, title tags, ALT text, schema, and internal linking.

• Execute off page SEO including backlinks, citations, and authority building.

• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify website performance issues.

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for local visibility.

• Create and refine content briefs to align with SEO objectives.

• Organize and oversee content silos for optimal performance.

• Monitor and report on Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Use tools such as PageSpeed Insights to ensure websites meet speed and usability standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience. SEO expert status is a major plus.

• Tech Skills: Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others listed below. Training provided if needed.

• AI and Automation: Strong ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and workflows, combined with a process driven and automation focused mindset. You must be able to solve problems independently and know when not to rely on AI. We do not want someone who only pastes answers from AI. We are looking for someone who uses AI strategically, builds systems, and thinks in terms of automation and scalability.

• Mindset: Passionate about SEO, adaptable to feedback, and committed to long term growth in the SEO industry.

Tools You Will Work With

Familiarity is a bonus, but we are happy to provide training on these tools if needed:

• Ahrefs

• ChatGPT and other AI tools (used to enhance workflows and automation, not as a substitute for original problem solving)

• Slack

• Project Management Software such as ClickUp or Trello

• Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs

• Microsoft Excel and Word

• Google Search Console, Analytics, and Tag Manager

Compensation, Benefits, and Schedule

• Base Salary: $1,500 to $2,500 USD per month depending on location, experience, and skill level.

• Schedule: Flexible hours but must be available for a mandatory 4 hour overlap between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST for collaboration.

Multi Step Hiring Process
