About the Role
I’m looking for a reliable, skilled video editor to work with me long-term.
You’ll edit talking head videos (educational style) and turn them into content that is visually engaging, easy to follow, and aligned with my personal brand.
I typically post 4–6 videos per month and am focused on growing my YouTube channel with quality, consistency, and creativity. This is not a one-off project—it’s a steady role where you can count on regular work and reliable income.
?
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing (4–6 videos per month)
You should be proficient in:
• Trimming, cutting, and structuring long-form talking head content
• Using zooms, crop-ins, pans, and screen punches to boost engagement
• Adding transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and royalty-free music
• Enhancing storytelling with B-roll (Canva/royalty-free), text overlays, and color correction
2. YouTube Channel Support
• Upload and schedule videos using TubeBuddy and YouTube SEO best practices
• Write optimized titles and descriptions using keywords
• Design compelling thumbnails in Canva
3. Team Fit
• You meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and take ownership of your work
• You are proactive, open to feedback, and continuously improving
• You value long-term collaboration and clear communication
