Hi, I’m Jasmine — poet, founder, and the heart behind Sonesta Wilde Studios. This brand is still young, but it’s rooted in something bigger than products: it’s about connection, healing, and helping people feel less alone.

I’m looking for a go-getter Virtual Assistant who can grow with me — someone reliable, communicative, and not afraid to dive into a mix of admin, social media, and outreach. Basically, a teammate or sidekick who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

This will start off as a part-time role. You will be working with other tea ---------- mbers as well, so being able to collaborate is a must. There is potential to increase hours if you are a good fit and as the business grows!

What you’ll be doing (a little bit of everything):
? Admin & Organization – creating and tidying docs, researching, keeping track of tasks (Asana), reminding me of things before I drop them
? Social Media Support – engaging with our community on TikTok, IG, Pinterest, and Facebook and dedicated community ---------- group page, drafting captions, creating and repurposing content, light video editing (bonus if you’ve used CapCut/Canva). Adaptable and able to take on our brand voice which is very unique. We want people to felt held, inspired, and supported in our interactions.
? Lead Gen & Outreach – finding potential ambassadors, sending outreach messages, and helping build a strong circle of collaborators
? Pinterest Help – big plus if you know how to create Pins, optimize them, and grow boards (we have lots of visual content!)
? Email Support – drafting newsletters, outreach emails, and simple follow-ups

Not required but a plus: If you have Illustrator or graphic design experience, that is a plus, as we may be looking for someone to help out with our product designs in the future. These designs would be created from scratch by you, not Canva graphics.

What I’m looking for:
- Clear communicator and someone who works well independently (I can’t chase people for updates — I need someone dependable)
- Someone who can meet weekly for a check-in, especially until you get settled in your role
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Creative, eager, and passionate - We don't expect you to have every skill listed, but we want someone who is passionate about learning and growing in their role.
- Someone who is efficient yet produces quality work, so honesty is important. We have a team and have hired VA's before, so we have a general idea of how long tasks should typically take.
- Tech-savvy with Canva, social platforms, docs/spreadsheets, ( a background in e-commerce, Shopify, and Etsy is a bonus!)
- Someone curious and willing to problem-solve (you don’t need to know everything, but I’d love someone who’s not afraid to figure things out and learn)
- Most importantly: someone who is kind and cares about the mission and believes in the power of words, vulnerability, and community
