What You’ll Do
Lead our social media strategy: content creation, scheduling, trends, Reels/TikTok edits, engagement
Maintain branding across IG, TikTok, website & marketing materials
Assist the owner: client communication, appointment scheduling, research, daily support
Be responsive (texts, DMs) during clinic hours (see schedule below)

Hours & Schedule
Client-response hours: Mon-Wed & Fri: ~10:30am-7pm EST; Saturday: 8:30am-5pm EST
Days off: Thursday & Sunday EST
Remote from Philippines
Compensation & Benefits
?$26,000 - ?$33,000/month paid bi weekly (depending on experience)
Semi-annual + annual bonuses

What We’re Looking For
1+ years VA / EA / Admin support background
Experience managing social media, editing video content, strong design sense
Must have access to Apple products (mac, iPhone etc) to receive client messages
