RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage 2 Telegram channels (free + premium tiers)
• Post content 4-6x daily following schedule
• Download content from cloud storage and upload to channels
• Cross-promote in relevant Telegram groups (30+ groups)
• Convert free members to premium subscriptions
• Manage $150 monthly promotion budget
• Respond to subscribers professionally

REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ hours daily availability
• Telegram channel experience required
• Professional approach to sensitive content
• Goal-oriented and growth-focused
• Strong communication skills

COMPENSATION:
• $150 base (trial month) increasing to $400+ based on performance
• $50 bonus per 500 subscribers
• $5 bonus per premium conversion
• Weekly payments via PayPal/Wise
