Need help connecting hyperlinks on landing pages to offers.

I am looking for a HTML coder to help me connect 3 landing pages to a tracking platform (CPVlabs) for tracking different cpa campaigns. The 3 landing pages are already connected to CPVlabs (as far as I know). Im just having trouble connecting the hyperlinks on the landing pages to the actual offer (when clicked, blank white page keeps showing up). The freelancer should be familiar with CPV Labs tracking platform and be able to communicate with me in English.
