Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, paid adverts, etc.).
- Develop and deliver engaging blog content to drive organic traffic and strengthen our brand voice.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) to maximise ROI.
- Generate fresh campaign ideas to increase brand awareness and sales.

- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and improvements.
- Work closely with our Shopify platform to ensure marketing efforts align with promotions, product launches, and seasonal updates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce marketing best practices.
- Experience with paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from idea generation to delivery.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

What We Offer:
- Opportunity to work with a growing UK fashion brand.
- A creative and collaborative environment where your ideas are valued.
- Flexible working arrangements.

If you’re passionate about fashion and marketing and want to play a key role in growing a brand, we’d love to hear from you.

Along with your CV and cover letter, please include a brief description (no more than 300 words) of how you would approach getting a UK fashion brand noticed.

Any other strategies you feel would drive awareness and growth

We are looking for someone who not only understands marketing but also brings their own creative vision and ideas to the table.
