Full Time - Wordpress Blog Builder And Customizer

We are an American based social media marketing company, and our primary service is building custom self branded wordpress blogs for our clients.

We have developed a software that has automated the blog installation process and can produce up to 1,000 new blogs for clients each day. However, due to the recent growth of our business and demand for our services we are looking to hire a “Wordpress Blog Customizer” to ensure fix problamatic blogs that our automated blog installer creates as well as to personalize custom wordpress blogs as requested by our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to support tickets from our customers and fix problems within the wordpress blogs. Most problems will include issues such as a broken picture, link, or plugin which was installed incorrectly.

Daily Responsibilities:

Respond to daily support tickets and manually fix problematic wordpress blogs
Customize specific wordpress blogs for clients who are requesting custom work to be done on their blog
Communicate via email with our “Quality Assurance Manager” to ensure that our customers are delivered a high quality blog that is up to our standards

Must have qualities in order to qualify for this job:
Write english fluently (for email), speak English well (To talk with other team members)
Excellent working knowledge of wordpress installation including themes, plugins, and widgets
Have a passion for details, and a heart for customer service

This is a full time position and the starting Salary will begin at $275 / mo. You will receive quarterly reviews and will qualify for a raise in pay after 90 days if you have met our standard of work. We believe in paying our employees well to reward you for a job well done!
